Located on beautiful Lake Norman, North Carolina, Vineyard Point is a planned recreational community consisting of townehomes, condominiums, and single-family residences. This premier waterfront development was started in the late 1980's and was completed in the mid 1990's. Today it includes nine separate homeowner associations governed by a single "master" association.

Vineyard Point is conveniently located only minutes from I-77 and fifteen miles north of uptown Charlotte. The lake features over 500 miles of shoreline with parks, marinas, and restaurants, and a long boating season that begins in April and runs well into October. Ours is one of the few residential communities on the lake with onsite boat slips, and shopping areas are only a short walk away. We also maintain a tennis court facility for the convenience of our homeowners.
